Expect the unexpected...Ddddddddjjjjjjaaaaaammmmm

DET 98, IND 87

SAS 101, SEA 99

Paul's Picks:

Record: GO TO HELL

  • Indiana +8.5 over DETROIT
  • SAN ANTONIO -10.5 over Seattle
  • Seattle/SAN ANTONIO over 186

-Indy's going to battle hard today. The pressure is on Detroit to hold homecourt, but I don't think they're going to play with that same sense of urgency as they did Sunday. I expect the Pistons to win, but not before trailing for a significant portion of the game. Rick Carlisle has done a great job throughout the Playoffs of making the approriate adjustments after ugly losses and I'm confident he'll do the same tonight. My gut tells me this will be the best game of the series. PISTONS 86, PACERS 84

-I was as shocked as everyone else that the Spurs got their asses handed to them in Game 4. Perhaps they came in feeling a little too comfortable knowing that Rashard Lewis and Vladimir Radmanovic were out-- that won't happen again tonight. It's one thing to pull of a big upset in the Playoffs at home, but very rarely do we see shockers on the road, against the best home teams in the league, coming off an embarrassing loss, with a Coach as fiery as Popovich. You get the point. SPURS 107, SONICS 92
