Sunday's Picks

Baron Davis is back. So are the Warriors' chances of winning.

Home Team in CAPS

Anthony's Picks:

Last Night: (6-6); Week: (27-15)
  • Golden State +4 over NEW YORK - *Baron Davis Starting*
  • Sacramento +4.5 over PHOENIX
  • LA LAKERS +1 over Denver

Paul's Picks:

Last Night: (5-7), Week: (21-21)

  • Golden State +4 over NEW YORK - *Baron Davis Starting*
  • Sacramento +4.5 over PHOENIX
  • Denver -1 over LA LAKERS

It's pretty simple. Baron Davis is starting, so we're both taking the Warriors. If he were to sit out again, we'd both have the Knicks. GS 94-88

Sacramento has had the last three days off to try and put the pieces back together after a disgraceful 0-2 start to the season. They match up very well with Phoenix and are clearly the more talented team. Very important game for Sacramento. If they don't win this game, Sacto is about to go in panic mode. SAC 108-105

Denver got back on the right page with George Karl returning to the bench in a thrashing of the Blazers on Friday. The Lakers were exposed Thursday night in Phoenix for their lack of any interior defense. Look for George Karl to have his guys attacking the rim hard all game and getting a little revenge on the Lake Show after Wednesday's loss in the Pepsi Center. DEN 112-107

All of the picks that you "take with confidence" suck. I've made a fortune taking the opposite of those picks.
